Kickoff
Week 1: find your issue and meet the mentor who will guide you.

1-on-1 Mentoring
Weeks 2-4: build your case and practice with your mentor.
- →Research your issue and gather evidence
- →Study real examples of public comment and testimony
- →Draft and practice your speech

Present for Real
Speak in front of the people who can create change.
- →Speak at a school board meeting or testify at city council
- →Present to local officials or the state legislature
- →Write to community leaders to keep the conversation going
